We’re so confident in the power of our Luxaurium digital business cards that we offer a Never Go Back Guarantee. If you ever feel the need to print a paper business card or create a QR code for networking again, we’ll refund your entire Luxaurium card purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- Proof of Necessity: To claim your guarantee, simply email us at [email address removed] with a picture of the paper business card or QR code you created, along with a brief explanation of why you felt the need to use them. We’ll also try our best to address any issues that led you back to traditional methods.
- Original Purchase: We’ll refund the original purchase price of your Luxaurium card. Any additional services or accessories are not covered under this guarantee.
- Time Frame: This guarantee lasts for the lifetime of your Luxaurium card. However, claims must be made within 14 days of printing the paper business card or creating the QR code.
- Limitations: Only one claim is allowed per customer. Once a refund is processed, your Luxaurium card will be deactivated. We can’t refund shipping costs, but we will cover all other costs incurred by us.
- Exclusions: Business cards printed or QR codes created for non-networking purposes (e.g., invitations, promotions) are not covered.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your purchase receipt when making a claim. Customers are responsible for returning any Luxaurium goods upon receiving a refund.
Luxaurium Reprint Policy
If you receive a Luxaurium product that doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know! Email us at support@luxaurium.com with pictures highlighting the issue.
- Our Mistakes: If there’s an error in production or you receive a product different from your approved proof, Luxaurium will reprint it for free.
- Customer Errors: We cannot be held responsible for mistakes you make during the design process, difficulty visualising the final product, or neglecting warnings sent with your artwork proofs. Please review your proofs carefully.

In rare cases, we may ask you to return a product. We’ll notify you via email and provide instructions.

Luxaurium Shipping Policy
- Our Responsibility: We’re responsible for your order until it’s shipped.
- Damaged Items: If your order is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, a reshipment fee of 110% of the original shipping cost will apply.
- Phone Number: Please include a phone number with your order for easy communication in case of delivery issues.
- Shipment Tracking: Tracking numbers aren’t available until production is complete due to our custom-made products. You may be able to track your order with the carrier provided later.
- International Customs: Customs fees and policies vary by country. Luxaurium has no control over these and cannot predict their exact cost. You, the customer and importer, are responsible for researching your country’s customs requirements before placing your order. Customs clearance can also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
